Fittings:
NOCIL, in addition to manufacturing of PE Pipes also manufactures all necessary fittings. HDPE fittings are either fabricated from HDPE Pipes, machined or injection molded.

Injection Molded PE Fittings: Various Injection Molded fittings like: Pipe Ends, Seamless Bends, Tees and Reducers are available in sizes from 16 to 75 mm. These can be Butt-Welded easily |

Machined PE Fittings: Machined PE Fittings like: End Caps, Flanges, Pipe Ends, Reducers are available in sizes from 16 to 710 mm, in various pressure classes. These are manufactured as per internal standards. |

Fabricated PE Fittings: Fabricated PE Fittings like: Tees and Bends are available in sizes 16 to 710 mm in various pressure classes. The fabricated fittings are made by skilled manpower with precision welding machines. The fittings are manufactured as per internal standards. |

Compression Fittings: The compression fittings are available in 16 to 110 mm size. The fittings like: Couplings, Tees, Bends, End Caps, Adopters and Elbows with off-take are available. The fittings are tested at 16 kg/cm² and are suitable for 10 kg/cm² working pressure class applications. |

Sprinkler Fittings: The ready-to-fit Sprinkler fittings like Sprinkler Tees, Bends, Couplers, Endcaps, Flow-Line Couplers, and Pump Connecting Nipples are available from 50 to 200 mm sizes suitable for low and high pressure applications. These fittings can be used to configure the sprinkler system as desired. |

Accessories: The MS Galvanized flanges, metallic and PP clamp saddles, serrated nipples, couplers (Male and Female) are also available. Using above fittings and accessories various detachable joints like flange joint, serrated transition joint and quick release coupler joint can be made for ultimate piping requirements. |
