| PAD PRINTING MACHINE FEATURES &
BENEFITS Linear Ball Bearings: KPF Machines work on imported Linear ball bearings as against bush bearing. As the loading balls have point contact with the shaft, the permissible load is small but rolling movement with minimal friction resistance and smooth movement with high accuracy are obtained. Benefits: Self lubricated bearings Increase the life of the machine by 10 to 15 times. Smooth, fast and precise movements of the machine Quick interchangability and trouble free maintainence No need of making bearing movement free (like bush) with shaft.
Hardened And Ground Shafts: KPF Machines has hardened & ground shafts. Benefits: Hardened & ground shafts ensure minimal frictional wear and tear. Adds life to the machine. Ensure precise print registration as clearance between balls and shaft is maintained between 10 and 20 microns.
Proximity Switches: KPF Machines have a proximity switch as against micro switch. An electromagnetic field radiates from sensing face of proximity switch. This face senses the target and transmits switching signal. Benefits: No physical contact between switch and the target, life of teh machines increases considerably. Environmental protection. Anti-short circuit & reverse polarity protection
Linear Transducers: KPF Machines use imported linear transducer for precise and accurate adjustments of pad stroke on product and plate as against micro switch & magnetic switch. Benefits: Repeated accuracy of pad stroke. Zero break down. Avoid physical damages to pad & plate.
Emergency Stop: KPF Machines are equipped with emergency stop switch to cut-off pneumatic and electrical supply immediately. Benefits: This emergency switch can be activated at any time to break the cycle. Avoid accidents and injuries. Avoid damages to pads & mechanical components
Slow Start System KPF Machines have a special feature of slow start. i.e. Air pressure in the cylinders is gradually built upto 6 bar during 5 seconds. All pneumatic cylinders take their home position within these 5 seconds. Benefits: Avoid jerks and vibrations. Slow & smooth initial air pressure built-up
Cylinder Locking System (Pad Stroke) One more feature of KPF Machines is, in the event of power failure or emergency stop of the machine, this system ensures that silicon pads do not fall down by gravity but are held up safely at the top of machine. Benefits: Avoid pad damages leading to longer life of pads.
Shock Absorbers: KPF Machines are equipped with specially designed pneumatic shock-absorber as against ordinary spring. Benefits: Protect against sudden shock. Gradually reduce speed & stop the cylinder. Avoid jerks & vibration. Achieves 100% print registration.
Individual Pad Carriage And Inking Mechanisms: KPF Machine has a feature of independent operation of pad carriage and inking mechanism. Benefits: Easy claning of etched plates and pads individually. Precise setting of pads irrespective of ink mechanism to have better print setting adjustment. Easy viewing of image on etched plate. Easy changeover facility for plate, blade, spatula, etc.
Separate Pressure Control For Doctor Blade: KPF Machine had Blade pressure parallel to the etched plate as against perpendicular pressure control. Benefits: Blade pressure is not passed on to the etched plate & hence reduces the wear & tear of plate.. Good print results and increases life of the plate. Constant & uniform print thickness & hence colourshade.
On Line Gas Flame Treatment Unit: KPF provides on line synchronised gas flame treatment unit. Benefits: On-line pretreatment of product saves the man power, time, gas consumption & the cost. Uniform flame treatment. Treated product untouched by man & good ink adhesion.
Microprocessor Based Programmable Circuit: KPF Machines have a microprocessor circuit as standard feature. Benefits: Use of microprocessor circuit gives a vry precise and accurate control over machine functioning. Better productivity due to shorter response time. Fault finding system available on PCB through LED.
Individual Blade Settings For Multicolour Printing: KPF Machines provide individual blade setting facility for each colour in multicolour printing machines. Benefits: Individual blade settings leads to control over printing quality. Plate cleaning becomes very fast and accurate.
Multi Co-ordinate: KPF Machines can be equipped with machine coordinate to move the machine in X, Y & angular direction with respect to product. Benefits: For larger & heavier job, moving the machine is ideal, faster and results in precise print setting.
Minimum Changeover Time: In KPF Machine just by removing 2 screws cliche plate can be easily removed. Benefits: Changeover time is cut down leading to higher production.
